Greetings in the matchless and powerful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I am thankful for this opportunity to serve God and His people.  The Great Lakes Baptist District Association has a long and rich history of great leadership.  Many initiatives have been successfully launched and noted as the first of its kind.  It is my hope to continue moving the district forward with similar firsts.  As moderator, my goal and focus is to unify the body that we might worship and build stronger churches together.  I still believe the church has the power to make a difference in the lives of people and the communities in which they reside.  I believe we can accomplish much more when we work together than when we work separately.  Yes we are living in challenging times, but as the word of God says in Romans 8:37, "...we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." I invite you to join us in the work of the Great Lakes Baptist District Association.  We have ministries for men, women, and youth.  You also have the opportunity grow through our annual Congress of Christian Education.   If you are new to the District, we welcome you.  If you are currently active in the District, we thank you.  If you have not been active in the District, we encourage you to become involved.  Let's work together to make the Great Lakes Baptist District Association all that God would have us to be.
